    How many times this excercise should be done per session and how many sessions in a day

      If you want to make it a regular part of your daily routine, I suggest at least 10 minutes a day!

      And you can also use it throughout the day if you just need a little boost of energy. Just doing this for a minute is magical, as long as you stay present and focused throughout!
